Pose of the Week: Cow Pose

Cow Pose This week’s Pose of the Week is Cow Pose, usually combined with last week’s Cat Pose. This combination has really been helping me to stay aligned in the last weeks of my pregnancy. It’s a great, safe way to relax the spine and relieve tension. Simple, but I am a fan!
