Ingredients: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 3/4 cup fresh lime juice, 20 fresh and minced basil leaves 1. Boil the sugar and water for one minute in a small saucepan to make a syrup and remove from heat. 2. Puree the syrup, lime juice and basil in a blender.
