Tropical Sherbet

Ingredients: (1) 12-oz. package of frozen mango (about 2.5 cups), 1 cup frozen pineapple, (1) 6 oz. container of lemon yogurt (go Greek for added protein!), 1 tsp. of grated lime rind

Let frozen fruit stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Combine fruit, yogurt and rind in a food processer until smooth. Serve right away, or freeze in an air-tight container for 1.5 hours. Easy peasy! (Recipe from cookinglight.com)
